The XLT was manufactured with power and safety. The power had to be there to raise and lower the trailer but do it in a safe manner. TEDs (torque elimination devices) were created to ensure the drill does not twist during use.
The XLT works with trailer landing gear on both tractor/trailers and grain hoppers. Ready to work right out of the box quickly and safely. While fleet installation is recommended, it is not required.
